Paging the EEOC.....
.....apparently, Abercrombie and Fitch, infamous/notorious for clothing catalogs in which the models aren't wearing any clothing to speak of, has fired a Muslim worker for refusing to remove her head covering. I'm not a fan of Abersmutty, but you've got to wonder what the woman was thinking--was it somehow OK for her to work in a store with pictures of mostly naked people all over the walls just because she was wearing her mini-burqa?

Because some ethical systems allow for the possibility of indirect involvement in things you wouldn't be permitted to do yourself, as long as you're not actually doing them. It's not that unusual outside Christianity.
But I don't get why A&F would do this. I can understand a general "no hats" rule because they don't want people wearing all kinds of funky things, but surely there was someone in the organization smart enough to realize that making a religious exception for a widely recognized practice does not require you to let the kid wear the backwards baseball cap. They may be within their rights, but it doesn't seem like an intelligent move.

A & F just showed us they were total pricks without class, instead of just partially so.
Nah, they proved they were worthless years ago. This just proves that they're not only worthless, but the employee was clueless.
