Oy, that's the eastern part of the state. Different planet, even. We don't do silly stuff like that out here. We only have city councilmen who float the idea of making front porches mandatory on all new construction, to promote neighborliness. (Never mind that the city is about 99.5% built.) That one didn't go anywhere, but it did get us facetious mentions from both Paul Harvey and Rush Limbaugh.
