After Fast & Furious (including the needless deaths of hundreds of Mexicans and at least two Border Patrol agents), Benghazi, the IRS scandal, the non-investigation of crimes by Hilliary Clinton, and the weaponization of several agencies (CIA, FBI, EPA), former President Obama says that there was nothing in those eight years that embarrassed him.


We can call that "shamelessness", or, more directly, one symptom of narcissistic personality disorder.
