Last I checked Franken isn't a Senator yet.
Thankfully not yet, but since the Supreme Court won't look into votes suspiciously appearing, it's all but done, I think.
The fact that Franken got 50% of the vote is a shame on this state, and proof that scoring well on the SAT and ACT is not equivalent to intelligence.
