Apparently more and more Russian soldiers are surrendering for the second time (or more?) to Ukraine, which means, I suppose, that the borsch is better there.
On a serious note, I think it indicates the desperation of these soldiers, as Russia is widely reputed to have their best troops in the rear to fire on their own retreating units, and in that world, I don't suppose surrendering for the second time would be the healthiest thing to do. So perhaps Russia is starting to abandon its old-style Persian tactics (e.g. Thermopylae) due to a lack of manpower.
Praying that dill, beets, and sour cream keep working together to crush Putinism.
