Now there's an idea

A high school principal from Alabama has requested that cans of food be brought to school to help repel intruders--keep it around, throw the can of Campbell's soup at the disgruntled student or jihadi, I guess. 

Call me weird, or perhaps a bit politically mistaken, but somehow I'm thinking of a better alternative than Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup.

We've always said no one would do that at our old HS because someone would return fire.... :p

I remember making that same joke when I was living on Torrance. I was stunned to have people simply agree with me. :^)

That guy lived right behind the elementary school that my kids used to attend. He scoped it out, but apparently the critters in his head didn't like it as much as the school down the coast.

I don't think canned goods would have helped.
