Asian noodles in beef broth-the noodles going by "banh pho", but obviously not the traditional Vietnamese way of doing things.

Well, given that the Vietnamese got the noodles from the Chinese, and the beef was the idea of their former French colonial rulers....all I can say is that it's a wonderful example of cultural appropriation by that country. And delicious, especially with another example of cultural appropriation--Vietnamese iced coffee. Mmm....
