I'm not a lawyer by trade, but it strikes me that when a judge in quite liberal San Francisco
throws out 14 of 15 charges made in an indictment, one must consider the possibility that California Attorney General Xavier Becerra is not about justice, but about political retribution, and that maybe, just maybe, he ought to be removed not only from office, but also from the trade of law.

Sadly true. It is, alas, something of a dream to suggest that lawyers would care so much about the reputation of their profession that they would punish prominent people who abuse it.
