Well, I finally got the nerve up to restart this blog, and for my huge legion of readers, here's what's up. I stopped blogging for this time because of a computer crash, and didn't gin up the initiative to figure out I had a backup email and a way of figuring things out. Apologies!
In the meantime, it's been busy, with a job change and daughter #1 getting married to a great med student. I'll see what I can do to speak up about the things I care about going forward.
One great place to start; there's a lot of hubbub about "critical race theory" lately, and a humble suggestion when you encounter it is to simply ask for some specific examples, how it affects people, and what they'd do to fix it.
